The service
Simple Fellowship gives churches a branded app for their people. Churches start with a 30-day free trial with no card required.
Plans and billing
After the trial a church chooses $19.99 per month (cancel anytime) or, while offered, a one-time $250 lifetime plan. Each plan includes 500 emails per month. Extra blocks of 1,000 emails are $5 each and are only added after an admin approves them. If a plan lapses, the member app stays visible read-only for 7 days and then pauses; giving continues to work.
Giving
Churches connect their own Stripe account and are the merchant for every gift. Simple Fellowship takes no platform fee on donations; Stripe's standard processing rates apply. Churches are responsible for receipts, refunds, and tax obligations related to gifts.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to harass others, send spam, or share unlawful content. Church organizers can moderate groups and remove content, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Messaging consent
Churches may only email people who are members of their church in the app and must honor opt-outs.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify church admins of material changes.
