Who we are
Simple Fellowship provides church apps. Each church ("your church") controls the content and member information in its app; Simple Fellowship processes that information on the church's behalf.
What we collect
Your email address and name to sign you in; optional phone number, photo, and household details you add; the groups, messages, prayer requests, RSVPs, and serving sign-ups you create; and sermon listening progress so you can pick up where you left off.
Giving
Gifts are processed by Stripe directly on your church's own Stripe account. Card and bank details go to Stripe, never to Simple Fellowship. We keep a record of gift amounts, funds, and dates so you can see your history and year-end statements.
Messages from your church
Your church may email you, and your phone may show in-app notifications if you allow them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and notifications can be turned off at any time. Sign-in codes and giving receipts are always sent.
Who can see what
Group chats are visible only to members of that group. Prayer-wall requests are visible to your church. Church organizers can see member lists, RSVPs, serving schedules, and giving totals for their church. Other churches can never see your data.
Service providers
We use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), each only to run the service.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, turn off notifications, leave groups, or leave a church at any time. To delete your account and data, email hello@simplefellowship.com.
